Bechamel Sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbs butter
2 tbs plain flour
600 ml milk
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pepper
Directions:
Melt butter and stir in flour
Continue stirring and gradually pour in milk
Season with nutmeg and pepper
Continue stirring until sauce has boiled and is smooth and thick
